Tenant Resources RFP

United Way will serve as the fiscal agent, administrator and convener for a new tenant coalition, with the goal of creating collaboration and coordination within the tenant housing landscape to increase tenant housing stability. Through this coalition, an influx of dollars will be invested into the rental housing ecosystem through current direct service nonprofit organizations selected through an RFP process.

United Way of Greater Cleveland is accepting applications from:

  1. Current Greater Cleveland direct service nonprofit organizations to increase services and resources in the tenant housing ecosystem, with the goal of creating systemic change, and
  2. Greater Cleveland area firms or individual(s) to conduct an evaluation of the tenant housing landscape.

The proposals will encompass a three-year grant period for performing the work and evaluating its impact on the tenant housing landscape. This work intends to unify the multiple organizations currently providing resources to tenants and also determine the impact of invested dollars.
