FY 2013 Program Funding

A strong family foundation and a good education are critical to the growth and development of our children – the future of a greater Cleveland community. United Way invests $3,357,344 in Education, Children and Families to serve Greater Cleveland families with:

  • Adult/child mentoring services
  • Youth development activities
  • High quality early childhood education programs
  • Child care referral and assistance to low-income families
  • Family support centers
  • Parent education programs
  • Post adoption services
  • Academic enrichment for preschool through 6th grade children who are educationally disadvantaged
