We're funding programs that provide early intervention for uninsured children with mental illness ages 3-5 and mental health case management and outpatient services to uninsured adults. Additionally, psychiatric day treatment will be provided for adults with severe chronic mental illness. Our agencies are providing intervention programs for victims of violence and abuse that includes multilingual and culturally competent assessment and treatment programs, access to emergency shelters and safe transitions to long-term housing. Our funded programs offer training to better prepare providers to serve their clients. We're working to provide prevention education and substance abuse treatment targeted to youths, seniors and uninsured or underinsured individuals. |
