Work:
Retail Regional Manager at Fifth Third Bank covering Northwest Cleveland. I just celebrated my eighth year with the organization.

Volunteerism:
Current Board member for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Good Scout Luncheon Chair for the Boy Scouts of America and active participant in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program.

Interests:
I enjoy spending my free time outside, love to vacation, huge sports fan and enjoy real estate ventures.

What do members hope to get out of their involvement with Young Leaders?
Young Leaders is a great opportunity to network with young talent at Cleveland's top organizations. The group creates an opportunity to have a voice in the community and personally make a difference through active outreach programs.

Why did you join Young Leaders?
I have always supported United Way and the mission of the organization. Fifth Third Bank is a huge advocate for active participation which aligns with my principles. Young Leaders provided me an avenue to spread the message of the good we do in this community and how much more we can still achieve.

What is your favorite Young Leaders event and why?
Tough question ... I like each one in a different way. The social networking events provide an outstanding opportunity to meet new people, but my heart is in the volunteer work where we hit the pavement and improve the community.
