This program serves persons with epilepsy to enhance their ability to access critical resources within the community through the assistance of a case manager. The service provides safe transportation to and from medical and other appointments and includes one-on-one time to work on the client’s case manager.

Wisdom Keepers provides transportation for low-income seniors so they are able to participate in programming provided at the center and access community resources. Without such a service, many mobile seniors would become home-bound.
