About Paul
I have worked for PNC (formally National City) for five years. I started working for the bank under their management training program. Since that time, I’ve been working as a Project Manager in the Talent Acquisition Project Management Office. have done numerous volunteer efforts with PNC’s Grow Up Great Program, United Way and with the Cleveland Habitat for Humanity chapter and two Global Village trips (El Salvador May 2011 and Alaska August 2012). I enjoy traveling, sports, and being active outdoors. I play for a number of local intramural teams: softball, baseball, flag football, basketball and volleyball.

Why did you join Young Leaders?
I’ve always been involved with volunteering in some way throughout the years – from St. Vincent DePaul, to Habitat for Humanity, and have always been a part of United Way’s mission in giving back to the community. After attending a Day of Caring event, I knew right away this was an organization I wanted to be more involved with and continue to grow as a leader in the community.

What is your favorite Young Leaders event and why?
My first introduction with Young Leaders took place at one of their Days of Caring. I have always enjoyed this type of event because it’s a great way to network with other Young Leaders but more importantly selflessly give back to those in need in the community.

What do members hope to get out of their involvement with Young Leaders?
Young Leaders is a great way to network with other young and seasoned professionals in the Cleveland market. I believe the opportunity to better the community with United Way’s diverse philanthropic efforts allows members to feel connected to the community while knowing they are making a difference in someone’s life.
