Our Impact
IN 2024, WE HELPED OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHEN THEY NEEDED US MOST:

Programs & Affinity Groups
Aging & Disability Resource Center
Helps older adults, people with disabilities, and family members find and access long-term services and supports.
Bridges@Work
Provides employees with services to help them maintain employment and succeed in the workplace.
Women United
Volunteer-led group focused on promoting literacy and distributing free books throughout Geauga County.
Providing Grants to Agency Programs
Our Community Hub for Basic Needs addresses the here-and-now needs of individuals in Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties. Through the Hub, we select the most innovative programs to combat poverty in the strategic areas of Economic Mobility, Housing Stability, and Health Pathways. United Way of Geauga County is proud to partner with these three agencies in 2024:
Ravenwood Mental Health Center
Moving individuals from poverty to prosperity by coordinating resources, services and financial assistance.
Catholic Charities Group
Addressing food insecurity through a network of partners and case managers.
AxessPointe Community Health Centers/Next Step
Addressing homelessness for individuals and families in need through the Geauga County Housing Collaborative.
