United Way of Greater Cleveland’s Emerging Leaders is an affinity group for young professionals. Join more than 1,000 up-and-coming leaders for events and activities that facilitate volunteerism, networking, fundraising, and professional development. Way to Get Involved
Volunteer
Participate in activities that serve United Way, our partner agencies, or other local nonprofits! Whether it's assembling bags of fresh produce, organizing medical supplies, or packing care kits, you can make a difference.

We offer a variety of fun events throughout the year at great venues like local breweries and Topgolf! Join us and connect with like-minded young professionals.

Fundraise
When you support an Emerging Leaders event, you support the group's fundraising efforts to support United Way's important mission. With every registration and raffle ticket, you offer vital support those served by United Way programs.
