Siemer Family Stability Initiative
Helping families maintain stable housing
About
The Siemer Family Stability Initiative helps families with children remain safely housed when they experience a financial hardship that puts them at risk of losing their home.
Through a partnership with CHN Housing Partners, eligible families may receive short-term emergency financial assistance to help resolve an immediate housing crisis. The initiative also provides individualized housing counseling and financial coaching to help families build long-term housing stability.
Using a two-generation (2Gen) approach, the initiative recognizes that stable housing helps parents maintain financial stability while allowing children to remain in school and continue learning.
