Providing grants to agency programs

Our Community Hub for Basic Needs addresses the here-and-now needs of individuals in Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties. Through the Hub, we select the most innovative programs to combat poverty in the strategic areas of Economic Mobility, Housing Stability and Health Pathways. United Way Services of Geauga County is proud to partner with these four nonprofit agencies that are aligned with our community strategies and goals. Together, these four agencies will work together and report out results:

Doors of Hope Geauga
Connects families facing homelessness with food, basic living needs, and temporary housing.

2022 Day of Action

On June 24, Geauga volunteers got the job done! More than 40 volunteers came together to assemble 300 Welcome Care Kits for Geauga County organizations to distribute to local families and individuals facing a housing crisis. Missed our Day of Action? Watch here.
