United Way of Greater Cleveland takes part in many initiatives to improve lives across our region. We collaborate on programs with nonprofit agencies, government, and businesses to maximize our impact in Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties.

Helping adults over 60, people with disabilities, and their families find and access support services. 

Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition

A public-private partnership committed to reducing lead exposure among Cleveland's children and families.

Siemer Family Stability Initiative

Helping families maintain stable housing through emergency rental assistance and financial coaching.

Workforce Connect

Addressing talent gaps in key industries while improving economic mobility and reducing racial economic disparities.

Providing grants to agency programs

Our Community Hub for Basic Needs funds innovative programs that address both the symptoms and root causes of poverty in Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties. Through a rigorous process of applications, interviews, and input from community stakeholders, we identify impactful programs aligned with our community investment priorities.
