The mission of the Spanish American Committee is to serve as the gateway to socioeconomic success for the Hispanic community.
Program Description: Workforce Development
The Spanish American Committee’s Workforce Development program will provide culturally competent, tailored, hands-on workforce development, training, and certification assistance to the Latino community.
The program takes a comprehensive approach to adult education, job training, placement, and retention by fully supporting the individual struggling with chronic under-employment or unemployment, lack of education, or language barriers.
Spanish American Committee clients will have access to a case management, individual career counseling, and retention services to put them on a pathway to self-sufficiency and sustainable employment.
